How we count
What really affects the cost of moving and what does not
It is important for the client to understand not only the starting amount, but also what exactly affects the budget. This relieves the tension even before the departure of the team.
We take into account not only the district, but also the entrance to the yard, the possibility to stand next to the entrance, barriers, business centers and the passage to the car.
One thing is a few boxes and a sofa, the other is an apartment with appliances, wardrobes, a bed, children's furniture and a lot of small things.
The work time varies a lot if there is no elevator, there are narrow turns, booking a freight elevator or a long transfer through the corridors.
Refrigerators, TVs, safes, mirrors, wardrobes and office equipment are counted separately, because they require additional protection and time.
A long questionnaire is not required for calculation
A simple format works fastest: 2 addresses, floors, elevator information and 3-5 photos of the largest items. If there is a sofa, refrigerator, wardrobe, bed or office equipment, this is enough for a substantive conversation.
